Overlord is fun but more of a rent. Two worlds is love it or hate it. Its a really great game once it gets going but really starts out slow. There is a console like a pc game where you can do a number of things from shader settings to using a create command. If you like rpg's it will definately carry more replay value and you can probibly find a used copy for pretty cheap.
I was really looking forward to Two Worlds on X360, but I was sorely disappointed with the reviews. If you want to buy Two Worlds, get it on PC. On X360 the online play is pretty budget in comparison to the PC Version. Don't waste your cash mate.

The two games are so different that I didn't even vote. Overlord is alot of fun and very dark Pikminish, if you ever played Pikmin. In other words it is almost more puzzle/strategy.
Two Worlds can be alot of fun if your willing to look past alot of bugs, glitches and such. It has a very MMO feel to it. It won't compete with Oblivion if that's what your looking for, but you can party up with 7 other people for online play.
Overlord is more innovative but you should consider Assassins Creed or Mass Effect when they come out. Ill wait for the Halo 3 reviews before getting it
