One red light flashes when I turn it on then it says system error. What should I do? I couldn't find anything about it on xbox.com.  Please Help!

Hardware failure. More specifically Hard Drive error. I got i once, but i restarted my system and its been fine since. Go and search xbox 360 one red light on google and click on the support.microsoft link

According to the manual, it means "Your Xbox is f**Ked, send it to customer services to rob you of money if you don't have a warranty and customer service will only fix your system for about two weeks, then it's back to stage 1." Hmmm what an interesting meaning for a light.

Un plug everything, even the hard drive. Let your 360 cool down. Then, plug all the wires back in(make sure wires are plugged in firmly. When you unplug everything, plug into all ends of wires and hard drive.

I meant make sure you blow into all ends of wires and hard drive(last sentece).
