I received a message that says NOTICE: The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live. What does this mean, and why can't I play?

Wth and in subscriptions it saying I have no xbox live and I got a 14 day code cause I just got the Xbox one s, and it's saying I already have gold membership give b to a friend

@wwe_xbox360: what games are you trying to play? I know for the master chief Collection sometimes it's says multiplayer is blocked but to fix that all you have to do is just quit the game, anyways I would maybe try hard reseting your xbox one
