Need help with Xbox reputation

I'm on avoid me since Sept of 2017. Stopped playing online from most of feb till mid April.

My graph on enforcement site says I had couple.of green positive months for doing nothing.

Then March was negative for me even though I didn't play online at all.

I been playing star wars battlefront and bf1 to with 40 to 60 players to help for 3 days now. It didn't do anything.

Idky but it's still red in May too.

Any help? How do you read the graph? Is someone reporting me every month on purpose?

Where do you go to tell that you've had a red/green month???
