need help, my pins and the store is not showing up

its been like this a few days now. i thought it was just xboxlive problem but i can play titanfall online with no problem. the left side where my pins show just keeps loading and what ever is on the right side is loading and there is no store option up top. any idea how to fix this problem?

@monson21502: on xbox one , also chatting threw kinect doesnt work for titan fall. my dog chewed and destroyed the headset that came with my bundle

@monson21502: i've had a similar problem, also any other game on hd wouldn't load. had to unplug from power and restart to solve.

Seems to start after playing titanfall

i had a problem with titanfall where i went to let my dog out and it said i was kicked from the server push A to continue and it wouldnt let me push continue at all. the only thing i could do was push the home button. and everytime i tried to play TF it would take me back to that screen. i ended up having to uninstall the game and now it works.so i make sure i go all the way back to the title screen before i walk away from the tv. re downloading the game really sucks

Do a hard reset next time it happens. Problem should resolve itself. Or if you don't mind losing data, a system restore will do the trick.

I had the same issue and this is what I did. I wish there was a way to hard restart from the controller but there isn't. Console off doesn't mean console off.

You can, you just have to change the power settings.

I had the same problem and it was because of my router had to reset it and turn the Xbox off and it was fixed .

thank you all for the info. i got it working by pulling the power cord out of the back of the console for a few seconds then i seen the the xbox menu come on when i first turned it on. i didnt know the xbox one stayed on even after u turned it off. i will fix my settings . thanks again every1
