My xbox 360 keeps on messing up! Please help me

I'm playing saints of row 2. But after every 10 min or so it freezes. It's done this about 20 times. After it freezes i turn it off. whats wrong? can i fix this?

It's not your xbox that's freezing...get a windex bottle and wipe the back of your disc or bring it to EB Games and get it resurfaced.

Yeah, my copy of SR2 started freezing like that too after I hit the top by my 360 with my Rock Band drumset. The disc was scratched to hell.
