Must own games for the 360?

What are the best games out on the 360 at the moment.

I like all sorts of games except sport and racing.

I get bored easily so even though ive gotso many games i can neer seem to find one to sit down and play for a while

out right now?

and ive got assassins creed, mass effect, call of duty 4 and army of two all on preorder from amazon,

any other suggestions

i liked it alot. download the demo and see yourself. its kinda short, but i think you can get it for around 30$

Yeah Crackdown is not bad...

remember they have an expansion out for it too (actually there are two versions one that has more content and you have to pay for it and another that is free)
