First thing is let us pause our live arcade games and turn off the counsel and when we turn the counsel back on we can resume our game. This is important for Geometry Wars. To get a really high score right now you have to leave your xbox on for a few days. So do something like the Wii has for their arcade. Hexic lets you resume.
a live arcade area for every game. If you choose to play let's say Geometry Wars in this area then other people can watch you play. Also in the lobby for the game would be a chat room. Sort of like Yahoo Pyramids. This way you can challange people. Hey come watch me first and let's see who gets the higher score in one try. Then we could have our own little tourneys.
A general chat for arcade. This chat would not be attached to any game. You could talk with people about gaming and make challanges as well. Both text chat and voice chat.
Also the chat rooms should show your stats. Gamer score, how many achievements you have, games you beat, etc.
