It's pretty fun, Single Player was good the first time around, but Multiplayer is terrible if you are by yourself. I will only play multiplayer if my friends are online, and if not, I just play The Orange Box.
I don't hate it. I think it'sa pretty solid shooter, but I think it's "awesomeness" is overblown and way too hyped up. It really never brought anything very innovative to the genre except for maybe a really solid online component. It also lacks majorly in the originality departement.
I like it alot. I think the campaign was awesome, and i loved coop. Multiplayer is fun, if you don't have to play Narrows every match. IMO the multiplayer maps are horrid. Some of the worst maps i've ever played on. There are a couple good ones Guardian, Last Resort, Valhalla, and High Ground come to mind. All the others are garbage though. IMO the maps really ruin the multiplayer experience.
I love the game. I will admit I was one of the people hyping it like crazy. I still think its the best 360 game to date and for a long time. But thats cause im a hardcore Halo fan. I dunno why everyone complains bout the multiplayer maps, theyre awesome. ,Xcept for Snowbound. I hated it in the Beta and I still hate it.

It was a good game. Notice the word good. The only thing I didn't like was Cortana talking to you and the ending. I think the 1st ending was better than this one. But just my opinion.
i realy like it, it's pretty, and action packed, and i will be playing the mp and even the campaighn for months to come. plus it;s a nice way to wrap up the story, it end where it begins, in a tube!
the single player and/or co-op was fantastic (especially on legendary), but sorry to say that the multi-playeris just crappy.....most of the maps suck, the melee is way too powerful and awful mode selection ( why on team slayer is it allways shotty-snipers....we veto shotty snipers and get shotty snipers on a different map....aarrrrghh).
The game is fun but only the multiplayer. I couldn't STAND the single player especially the parts that made me go back and forth from the same places all the time!!! The multiplayer is fun if I have some buddies online but I dont' even bother playing it if I don't have friends online. It's a pretty good filler for me until CoD4 comes out.
Of course it is not original there has already been two games in the series and I don't know wht your talking about I really really like the MP, but mabe that is because I am not a serious player and really enjoy the vehicles and the sweat weapons.
