I was in My local Gamestop two days ago, and the manager started telling me about what is happening tonight. They will be having free pizza free music a martial arts class and a sniper contest. Isn't it a little absurd to be having a martial arts class in a local Charlotte Gamestop. I know that some games you can get a midnight like Madden, but this seems a bit excessive. Speaking of which I cannot imagine what will be going on in time square. Maybe because I have school tommorow, will not be skipping it, and have not spent over 100 hours on halo 2 multiplayer. I know that some halo fanatics will be justifing this, but that is my opinion. What about you?
i have to agree, a martial arts class at a midnight launch has got to be the most random thing i can think of. as for me, pre-ordered at best buy, going to pick it up tomorrow afternoon after class, it should be there waiting for me. even if i was to get it tonight id be waiting til tomorrow afternoonanyway cuz youcant just play sick in college

exactly, its not like there wont be enough for me to walk into a store in a couple of days and grab one. its just media and itll be around for a long time, people need to slow down a little bit.
one thing im not understanding is why you would go to the midnight release without pre-ordering when you can do it up til the day before and it costs nothing extra. why gamble it?
wanna hear insane? my cousen preordered halo 3 when he bought crack down but somewhere in the translation they thought he wanted to reserve crack down!!! ON THE DAY IT CAME OUT WHEN HE WENT TO BUY THE GAME. well he took out his preorder and took a look and a was like OMFG he went down there and the guy was still working there and was like .. MY BAD hehe
I never went to madden. I am just saying Madden is a game that appeals to the masses. And Every year they have a midnight release. It is pretty big but Halo is going to be 19=0 times larger.
