I'm thinking of buying this game, and it costs $35 here in Australia on ebay. Also is team fortresses online mode still healthy?

TF2 still has a very active community and yes you should. TF2 is by far my favorite multiplayer game ever.

I thought this was a joke topic at first. Orange box is the shining example of a game being worth the money.

The games in NA for us are NTSC and over there they're PAL so unless he had a X360 from North America there'd be no point.

It's worth it, ESPECIALLY if you're a fan of the Half-Life series. If you've never played Half-Life, then this is a great start.

Um, it's five great games for the price of half a game. How can it not be worth it?

I bought this game and am sad to say I DID NOT GET MY MONEYS WORTH! For some it is a good deal but i just did not enjoy the story or the gameplay of half life. I had a blast playing portal and did the team fortress for a bit but it didnt hold my interest long. Games like COD4, Gears of War, Left 4 Dead, Killzone 2, and so many other shooters just seem so much better it was hard to bare through playing it. I could see if your a fan of the series itt would be worth it though.

Probably the best value game of this generation. It was worth full price, so anything less makes it a bargain

Definitely. The Half-Life series is a masterpiece in the FPS-genre.

And Portal is a must-play game. Its not terribly long, but it will make a lasting impression.

DEFINATELY WORTH IT !!!! I bought the game just so I can play HL2 : EP2 but I ended up becoming a huge fan of Portal and TF2 so it's a bargain by all means.

It's maybe the best deal ever for any xbox 360 game out there. You get like 4 games for the price of one. Here in America the game is like 20 bucks, but it's still a great deal for 35.

YES the orange box is totally worth it.

Half life has a great story, with a few puzzles along the way.

Portals is just plain awsome!!! THe most innovative puzzles to date on any game.

Team fortress 2 is ok, but this is totally outweighed by the awsomness of half life and portals

Buy it!!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!

Woth it? Could be. Worth it? Believe it!

Man If my video card didn't die I'd probably have already played through HL2 again. Think I beat it like 6 times. The game is just that good. Team Fortress is really good on PC but for 360/PS3 I've heard bad things. Portal was meh. Cool concept to short and the Other 2 episodes are just as good but a little on the short side.

if you want a bunch of achievements too.. orange box is a must have. you will not be disappointed. half life is probably the best story to a video game and you'll have plenty of hours of gameplay. no cut-scenes!

it's definitely worth it, but it's a shame 360 TF2 isn't being supported or updated like the PC version still is. it's missing out on tons of new maps and weapon upgrades ect

Yes, The Orange Box is Worth that amount of money because you get 5 games in one. And Team Fortress is still good online with games still on.

Also the other games like half life and portal are really good.

Half-Life 2 is awesome, though you'll enjoy it more if you've played the original Half-Life. And it's not FIVE games in one. It's like 2 or 3 with a couple of expansions, but it's still a great bargain. Half-Life 2 has a great campaign.

I have never really seen THAT many people play TF2 online. It hasn't been too difficult to get into a game though. TF2 on the computer is a lot more updated than the 360 version too, I wish they would release that stuff to the 360 already.
