Yo mates! I'm looking for a game that has a long singleplayer and a great storyline. I play mostly intense FPS games and I'd like to have some change. Instead of running and gunning and blowing stuff up all the time, I want something different. I want a game that I can get deep into. And well, orange box contains a lot of stuff! Portal is great, I've played it almost through on my friend's PC, and I'm not so interested about TF. But Half Life 2, episode 1 and episode 2 for the price of ONE game... Dude...
I would say Orange box is the way to go. Most intense FPS don't have a long story. I'm sure people will mention Mass Effect, but its really not that intense, kind of boring I found. But it is kind of what you are looking for... -its different, you can get deep into it and its not running and gunning all the time (though once again, i found the action kind of boring)

I said, I play mostly intense FPS games and I'd like to have some change. :) So it's good if it's not intense all the time. Of course I like the firefights too, without them I wouldn't buy it. :) Thanks man!

The HL2 singleplayer campaign is just what you are looking for. Great storyline, gameplay, atmosphere, level design and voice acting. Not sure about TF2 and Portal: I have only played HL2 on the PC.

Yeah, sounds like you could appreciate the Orange Box. Just take Half-Life as it comes to you and get ready to think outside the box every now and then.
