Is Mass Effect any good?

I was wondering if this is a good game and worth the 60 bucks. I've heard it is good and wanted to see what you guys think. I'm not a real big fan of rpgs and was wondering if this game is anything like KOTOR for the original xbox. Thanks.

I own 37 xbox 360 games and Mass Effect is definatly the best one! GO GET IT!

Ive seen about 25 of your posts and EVERYONE of them has been flaming the 360 and its games, go to system wars if you want to do that.

Mass Effect is Amazing ive completed it 3 times then lent it to my friend.......And he wont gimmie it back,and i wanna play it again

@paradiseawaits- Mass effect is way better then any PS3 game including Uncharted (Pretty short,Pretty linear Pretty game, thats all)
