The graphics is the only thing going for it...if you could get it for $30 or less it might be worth it otherwise I'd wait till next season to get the new game. I only play mine every once in a while it's not really worth playing a season or dynasty... I just play a single game...the defensive gameplay is what kills me (it's not very fun). Till the next game....
im going to get it because i like playing football and i dl the demo and it was really fun and looked awesome. of course theres no features but i dont buy the game to create a team and random players...i never used mini camp either. i play the game to play football. if u really like football...then you will like this game..if u liked it for the insane amount of features u get every year..then yes wait until august. 2007 is going to be awesome on the 360!

I have NBA 2k6 and thats preatty good. Kinda weird though because its like 1/2 awesome next-gen graphics on the court and players then, old-school on the crowd and coach. Still gameplay is solid. And I needed a sports game.
No. they took out too many important things, like instant replay and the mini-camps. It looks pretty, but it's not worth yor $60. Wait for 07, and hope they release a full game this time.

What Madden game has defensive gameplay? You would think that the FIRST thing a football game would have would be an option for a DEFENSIVE POV. Madden sucks beyond belief for a franchise that has been around this long. Any baseball game you play allows you to "face the opposing batter when you are pitching", and to "face the opposing pitcher when you are batting". How can anyone take ANY Madden seriously when it forces you to play defense when your POV is BEHIND the line of scrimmage? Madden 360 didn't even address this FUNDAMENTAL flaw. It sometimes make you wonder if anyone at EA has ever even PLAYED American-style Football!

a "defensive POV" would absolutely suck. I like being able to see where all the recievers are going. If they were to pull things to the other side of the ball, player awareness (and by that I mean the gamer) would drop drastically.
