If its your first Xbox 360 then by all means yes, if you already have a 360 then not really, if you're willing to upgrade to the elite then you should be willing to invest in the 200gb hd, save the money for some games or something.
ok so heres how it is if you allready have an xbox premium then just go get the 120 gig hard drive for $170 but if you dont have a 360 yet i highly recomend getting the elite because you get the 120 gig harddrive for $100 less than buying it for the premium
