I think it's easier and that it's harder on the PC. Well it takes more time to get used to the PC so I think it will take you about a few days to get used to the controller.

I know a guy who's been playing all PC games and when you put a 360 controller in his hands, its so funny to watch. He has tons of trouble with the two analog sticks and goes right back to his PC. I'm sure you can over come it after awhile...just takes getting used to.

I play em all.  I just bought my new High End PC last month and still feel at heart a PC gamer,  but I LOVE my xbox 360 because of all the different game types and genres it brings to the table.  It is a totally different gaming experience imo you will not be disappointed.

Now I'm playing CoD2 on Veteran. I completed the game on PC. Playing this game on console is as much comfortable as on PC.

Game pads are easyy to use, but i find it hard to be accurate on fps's. its always a little dumbed down compared to pc controls tough, so u might be ok

The mouse is better than the joystick, but the buttons are easier to reach for magic, grenades, etc. Just takes a little to get used to...

You won't be able to get an accurate shot as quickly as you would be able to do with a mouse but everyone else has exactly that same problem so it's not really that big of a deal.

Other than that, it's nothing but easier on consoles.

No, it's not hard. I've been playing PC games for a long time and I still do. I've also got a 360. The controls for a FPS work very well and almost match up to PC controls. Even RTS's work well. Lotr:BFME is a great game and the controls work beautifully. RPG's too.

I was a PC gamer too and I got used to the 360 preety fast. For FPS keyboard and mouse is a little better but for everything else the controller is better. BTW the 360 controller is very comfortable.

For me its the other way around...I would LOVE to get into some great RPG, MMORPG's, and other FPS's on PC...

BUT...for me the keyboard is just not made for gaming. Yes you can set things up a thousand different ways..but thats the problem...Too many options can kill the "easy" factor.

I use to play Medal of Honor games online all the time ..for about 3 years or so I was addicted to playing online...But all I had was ..."reload, jump, crouch, and use, up,down, and strafe left and right"...Shot with mouse, and changed wepeons with scrole ..Not a reall big deal...But I would hate to play something like Oblivion or WOW or anything like those on the PC.

This is the main reason im sticking with consoles....SO...Yes you can learn the controller quickly if you try.

I don't see why everyone says you can't be accurate using a controller. Set your look-sensitivity to 9 or 10, and you'll look around fairly fast compared to standard settings in games. And if you've played for a while you can be extremely accurate.
