Guess it depends on how you feel of the series. If you enjoyed the first ones, then go for it. But if you were on the fence about them, then this one won't change your mind at all.
I was never a fan of Borderlands, after playing the first one for a bit I became very bored with it and just stopped. I've heard the second one was a lot better but I haven't given it a chance, maybe when the price drops I may pick this up one day (handsome Jack collection). Like the above user posted I guess it depends if you enjoyed the first ones or not.
