I think people that hate MW2 have no idea what they are talking about!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I get really angry at people that say they hate MW2 besids the single player ( It was very very very short) its was the one of the best games in 2009 If you hate MW2 why are you playing it WHY!!!!!!!!!! If you are going to say you hate it go and play lost planet or halo...

I think a lot of people dislike it because its a glitchy nightmare. There was one point you couldn't even play in a standard TDM game... it always put you in rust with way to many people.

Then there was the care package glitch, and the one with the care package with the knife/running.

Geometry glitches

negative XP glitches

I hear the care package glitch is still a problem in the game. I'll wait until the game is fully patched and playable without cheaters... By that time though BFBC2 will be out.

There are lots of things I do not like about MW2, which is why I don't play it anymore.

Single player was like a Micheal Bay movie, multiplayer is full of glitches, and spawn killing. Overall I don't hate the game but I do prefer other FPS over COD:MW2.

I don't hate the title, but there are plenty of glitches that made Gears of War 2's glitch nightmare (i'm not sure if those glitches still stand today) seem unglitchy, the campaign didn't seem really immersive, and all the perks seem to have made everyone camp in a corner somewhere just to get that nuke.

Instead of just telling the people that dislike MW2 that they have no idea what their talking about, back it up by telling us why it's so good.

please realise mw2 is extremely glitchy, i dont meen like halo 3's getting out of the map glitches, i meen actual game breaking glitches. i could almost guarentee you would'nt be playing it if you had -5,000,000xp because you shot a hacker. it has a terrible community, alot of glitches, and alot of unbalanced gameplay i.e. danger close, 1 man army, scar w/ nade launcher, m16 1 burst kills, snipers with thermal scopes, 3/4 snipers almost always are 1 shot kills in the chest, shotguns as secondary weapons, snipers being able to outgun an assault rifle ect.

I'm not playing it (anymore). I don't hate it also, I just knowledge that COD4 was better and that MW2 is overrated. However the reason I would play MW2 is because most of the friend play it, no one plays COD4 anymore.SaltyMeatballs

What I love about this whole thread is that its about telling those that have an opinion on something that they are wrong and that the people who have the opposite opinion are right. Sounds like religion to me.

And yes, I hate Modern Warfare 2, am I wrong in my personal opinion?

you cant get rid of these hacked lobbies just yet until IW updates the code of the game because the people have hacked the game. I personally believe the game was rushed and look how it turned out. maybe its a good thing IW is planning on taking a break after this.

i dont see why people **** about the spawns.....the spawns are fine. The people prob just got tired of getting spawned killed by a chopper gunner (they should of have had cold blodded on)

There were alot of glitches tho and most have been fixed now.....

I read on page 2 somewhere about lag....well ya there will be lag in any game if the host has a **** connection..thats not the games fault.

MW2 is great... the maps are meh, but they are getting new ones soon so hopefully that will spice things up. I am a big FPS fan and i feel MW2 is the closest to getting it right IMO

But it will all be good all the kids who **** will go to BFBC 2 :roll:

I didn't like the game, cause it was, as many has said, a mess when it came to bugs. the story was short with no real substance,

and the multiplayer didn't really fall within my interest.

I thought MW2 single player was absolutely amazing, it was just way too short and unnecessarily left unfinished so as to make another installment in the series. I also enjoy multiplayer and love killstreaks. My thought is that some of the people bashing the game have obviously never tried it before (which goes for many things in life, not just video games). Others point out the bad spots in the game, but I really can't find a lot. It's a lot better shooter than any other game for the 360, along with a multitude of gametypes. Glitches can ruin a game, but I rarely run into them online. I suspect a good majority of people like to try and be a rebel by bashing popular stuff (ie. games, movies, books, music, etc.) without giving it a real shot themselves. That's how people are though. Many people are naive and enjoy living their life like that.Ghost_702
