hey i could really do with your help. im new to xbox and when i click the join xbox live im told i need to update this is fine by me and i press ok but after a few min the update just stops and im told that it was unable to continue. please please help its driving me mad.

im using the wireless adaptor
my xbox is the elite
its 3days old and this is the first time ive tried to connect to xbox live
i have checked checked and checked again and yes my xbox is connected to my network!
