I've been wondering where is huxley now, has it been scrapped or just put off for a while?

Google, my friend. I had never even heard of the game before, and after a quick search, the game is still in limbo...They don't know what the hell they're doing with it.

Odds are this game will never see the light of day on PC, let alone 360.

APB couldn't even get off the ground...Not sure why you'd think this p.o.s. would...

The fact that the game couldn't even get a beta off the ground. I'm not saying the game sucked, necessarily. But it's obvious the devs can't even get it off the ground...Just read up on it, you'll see.

Yes, I played APB. I signed up for the beta the second it was possible. Wait until APB gets revived (if it does) and judge for yourself. But because it is in fact crap, that will likely never happen. And if it does get a revival, by the sounds of things now, it won't even be the same game.
