How to update Raptr achievements?

Raptr on my GS account isn't showing my recent achievements ever since I started using it. Is there anyway to update it so it show my new achievements since I began my Raptr account?

Raptr has been broken for awhile now. The story goes MS changed some stuff about how live data is handled and it threw off their whole system.
