how to install games?

.i looked around and i havent found out how to?....do i download something or need a new item for my 360?...also....if i install fallout 3 how much space would i need for it....thx ahead of time .

Go to My Xbox, go to your game, press Y, and hit Install to Hard Drive.

Go to My Xbox, go to your game, press Y, and hit Install to Hard Drive.Post-Carnage

Or, go to your games library, and select your game, which should look like this:

(game icon) Game name      x/1xxx G
Xbox 360 Game

Choose that, then select "Install to Hard Drive".

ok listen......i dont have live at all....so from what the last two posts have said i need to get a patch of some kind....how big is it?....

and again...how much space would fallout 3 take on the hard drive?

I think you need live to download to the HDD, and fallout 3 takes up 5.9 gigs of space.

nice deadra armor pic....i think thats what that is anyway lol....ok cool.....so i have 11 gigs and i dont play many games at all.....is that plenty for fallout 3?...

also can anyone tell me how big the download is for this game installing device or w/e it is...i need to know cause my connection can NOT download much...is it just a normal patch?

5.9 gigs that are needed minus the 5 gigs you have = no, not enough space.

the average game is 7 gb, so delete a few things and you'll have enough

that is presuming you've connected to live and got the new update
