How do I transfer data from 20GB to 60GB?

I've heard you need a different migration kit to the 120GB one. How can I get a 20>60GB kit?

I have been looking all over the internet and it seems this question has a thousand different answers.

I'm Pretty sure you need to call Mircosoft and they will send you a Transfer Cable.
