How do I fix my controller?

I dont know why but the right stick on my controller wont stay in place. It keeps moving up and down on it's own. How do I fix this?

Iv'e had that problem b4, what you do is take the screws out of your controller and carefully take the faceplate off and just play around with the joystick

what type of screwdriver do I need? I think it's an M type of screwdriver but none of the ones I have fit it.

When I've had troubles with controller I called microsoft and they sent me a new one.
