How do I cancel membership??

I tried and it said like to change something or exit the credit card go to some site that I can't remember, and I can't believe it won't let me just cancel it on xbox, how dumb is that?

How do I do it and will I still keep the rest of the month I bought or will it just cancel the rest of the time I would have if I didn't cancel.

It's not easy, I heard it's best just to phone customer service and get them to do it for you.

And yeah, they intentionally make it hard for you to cut ties with them.

Yes, you HAVE to contact them via customer service to get them to turn it off.

You dont really cancel it so much as you stop it from auto renewing. I saw an option for that on xbox.com but its probably better to call if you really want to be sure.

I don't have access to my xbox and I don't know where to look what is the website where I can just end the card and if that doesn't work ill call them.

What the heck how did you get a 12 month for only 30 bucks? Also my brother bought a year card but he didn't get the extra month so I guess that isn't on all the cards.

I keep hearing about people getting the extra month but how?
