I'm reaching my max space with hdd space and was gonna get a usb drive instead of a brand new hdd since it's cheaper. I know you can put saves on the usb but is there any performance problems if I'm playing a game saved to the usb drive? Or should I just move saves I'm not using to the usb and have games I'm currently playing on the hdd?
i have the xbox brand flash drive and it performs just as well as the third party hard drive i have. I am currently playing skyrim on my flash drive. one thing to note though INSTALLING games takes longer with a usb than a hard drive. other than that the difference is unnoticable.
