So I have 5 games on Xbox One totaling 125Gb+ of the hard drive space.

My question is, what are the HDD options with the Xbox One as this will obviously not be enough to last the year??

The Xbox One doesn't support external storage devices. So, 500 GB is it.

Almost

External drives will be able to be used soon after launch, I'd say start of next year.

ive always read that external hdd would be able to be used with xbone. its the ps4 that cant use external storage. it would be pretty stupid to severely limit storage capacity with no way to upgrade it

@Evdne971: Look it up dude, Microsoft has said plenty of times that external hard drives will eventually be supported.

@Gatman32: The thing is that M$ Did this intentionally knowing you'll buy a bigger hard drive...that's ridiculous.

@Evdne971: You can get one on eBay for cheap, chill out Sony doesnt even support external HDD, which means you have to buy their expensive HDD. At least Microsoft offers options.

lol you don't have to buy sony hard drives... You can use any internal harddrive up to 2tb. Problem i see is you gotta remove 500gb to get that 2tb. Unlike x1 once they update the system. you can keep your 500gb and add on!
