Hard Drive transfer question

Was thinking about moving up to 120GB. Now first thing is...does the seperate 120GB hdd come with a transfer kit?

Also, I understand that the transfer kit moves over gamer profiles, saved games etc, but any xbox live downloads must be re-downloaded? If this is the case, does it also erase things like my Geometry Wars 2 unlocks, or are those linked to my gamer profile?

The kit comes w/cable.

I didnt have to redownload anything and it took me about 1 hr to transfer my data. (had a pretty much full 20)

Yes, everything will be there. Though All your videos and arcade games will only be accessiable while online that were on the 20gb before the transfer.
