Guitar Hero 3 or Rockband?

I've always wanted to play Guitar Hero 2 but havnt been able too. Just today my friend got it for the PS2 and its amazing. I really want it for my Xbox 360 but with Guitar Hero 3 and Rockband coming out I dont know if I should wait. I want to play GH2 now but i'm not a fan of the wired controler. What do you guys think I should do? And what game looks better to you? And does anyone know if the Guitar Hero and Rockband quitars work for both games? Thanks

I would wait for rock band to come out instead of getting GH2, rock band looks so sweet and the music in it sounds dece.

I highly doubt the controllers will work with both games, their made by different companies. (I won't give feedback on which game because I dislike both guitar hero, and prbably Rock Band once it's released...)Shrapnel99

The guitar hero controllers were made by the same company back when Red Octane and Harmonix worked together. And they have already released a statement saying the old guitars will work with Rock Band
