I bought an Xbox 360 on black friday, but don't have any games for it yet. What would be a great game for it that I can't get on the PS3 or PC?

There are plenty of Xbox 360 exclusives you can't find on the PC or PS3 including the Halo franchise, the Gears of War series, earlier Forza Horizon and Motorsport series, Project Gotham racing, Fable 2 and 3, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Crackdown, etc.
If you got the 360 during the Black Friday sale, you would need to add a hard drive(early models didn't have one) as well as connect online either via an Xbox 360 external wifi adapter or via an ethernet cable.
All the 360 games made by Bungie, Turn 10, Epic and Rare and many others as well.... minus the Kinect crap of course. lol :P
@SecretPolice: I just returned the free system today. I searched a bunch of top games list and couldn't find anything interesting other than Forza, but my Logitech G27 wheel won't work on the 360. Seems like having the 360 w/only 1 controller and no games is like having a printer with no paper or ink. It would cost almost as much as buying a new PS4/Xbox One/Switch system or getting powerful upgrades to my PC to get the 360 up and running.
You could've bought an Xbox One to get the newer triple-a games. Currently, the Xbox 360 is not really a convenience to buy. It's like buying a Wii when it is outdated and Nintendo has deemphasized it. As far as games though, I would recommend games like Forza, Minecraft, or other things you can mess around with.

You didn't try hard enough. Tons of great exclusives for the Xbox 360. But you'd be better off buying an Xbox One. It's backwards compatible.
