Get a rival gang member to really low hp, drag him to the side of the road a few inches from the sidewalk try not to get too close or else the cars will stop , position the camera so u can see oncoming traffic, when traffic is close enough push the gangmember into the front of the car. drag the gangmember if u need to look around, when car is close enough walkforward and throw the guy into it.
