Glitched Achievements

So I just bought Forza Horizon 2 for my Xbox One and I was playing it I went to the achievement section and 3 of my achievements are at 100% progress but are not unlocked.... I have no idea what to do i tried hard reseting my xbox and that did nothing any suggestions?

They'll unlock eventually in a few hours or days, happened to me in the past a few times. Check back a little later

Yeah I had a Fallout 4 achievement at 100% and it took a couple of days to unlock for some reason.
