I like achievements, It give me a goal to accomplish after I've finished campaign. I did notice they had a lot of the same achievements re-used. No diversity.

Even though most people won't solely go for Seriously 2.0 online it still counts. And anyway its far better that way, means people will actually compete online rather than just going for achievements.
I havent read the GoW2 achievement list yet, but if theres anything like the old "Seriously..." achievemnt, ill have every achievement except that by the time i give in my GoW2 copy to gamestop. I am like 9975 kills away from getting that achievewmtn, i dont do ranked thats why. Too many jerk offs on ranked.
I didnt read all of them they seemed kinda boreing to me aswell. But honestly i couldnt care less about achevements and just care for the awesomeness that is Gears of war. Although the linked achevements did sound interesting.
gamerscore is good and all. but i have 28,000 and i wish they never had them. im always tempted between playing for fun or points. so i play for fun then i try to get all of them
