Clearly the girlfriend. Nothing beats social interaction with a loved one. Not even the best of games can cure loneliness. I'm a pretty emotional person, so I need social interaction more than I need gaming.
Well I would pick a girlfriend over video games anytime but I am single so I don't have a girlfriend. I try to meet different woman who like the samething I like but I come up short. I go for a real woman then Lara Croft.
Such an easy question.... Does your 360 give you action? (And I DONT mean gameplay wise) :), pretty simple decesion for anyone over age 15 or so.... I would prefer a girl over 360 anytime, now girlfriend wise... You shouldn't be with a girl you can't convince to let you be a gamer if you are indeed a gamer... My wife used to give me crap about it. Then I started giving her crap about things she enjoyed that I thought were lame. Then after awhile I explained to her the importance of respect and compromise in relationships. I only game once in awhile, when I have time and nothing better to do.
I lucked out, I'm being medically discharged from the military, so I have tons of free time while I wait.:D
usually i would say girlfriend but not this time. i been through a similar situation with an ex she was always trying to change me and I actually gave up gaming just to please her. The reason we broke because she wouldn't compromise all the stuff I like had to give up but the stuff she liked we always had to do. After I said never again. So far the women I been dating been cool with me gaming they knew it is only a hobby and some even played with but the majority didn't care for it. By the way I was whipped at that time.
At one point I was so concerned with getting and keeping a hot yet smart girl that I stopped gaming for about a month. Until the day came when she asked me if I liked certain video games and how she would want to try them. And as of now I'm pretty certain I'll stay with her forever because of that. Being able to make physical bets with your girl by playing games that your both good at is something I wouldn't trade for anything.

She's played an hour or two in FFXII and is just starting TLoZ: Ocarina of Time but will no doubt give up on it after a few more tries despite me trying to help her through it, she just don't have the patience.
Thankfully she don't give me any static over me playing them.
Mine will give it a shot and claims (much like her father) if she starts playing she gona get addicted. Im sure once we live together she will have no choice but 2 game because there will be a PS3 in the living room and shag pad.
