Forza horizon 3 hot wheels

Is this game that comes with the xbox one s bundle actually horizon 3 with a hot wheel extension? Or is it just a hot wheels game borrowing on the forza name?

Wondering if i get the bundle and wanted horizon, is that what i’m getting? Or do i need to get it separately?

@rhoadsxiommi: It includes the Base Game Forza Horizon 3 + Hot Wheels expansion.

The game received 2 expansions following its release, the only thing you are not getting is the other expansion, Blizzard Mountain, which is amazing as well if you enjoy off road racing in the snow.
