The box itself is great quality and has magnets in the two parts of the 'lid' that hold it closed. The keychain is nice and solid, should make a nice new keychain for my motorcycle key, and the USB drive is a 2GB Sandisk...nothing special, but it seems like pretty good quality. Then of course there are the cards with the codes for the VIP stuff.

What kind of info is in that players guide? Does it talk about tuning at all? Really thats all I would need it for.

Ok I'm now very seriously considering getting the special edition. Was worried that the box might actually just be a flimsy piece of plastic with some shiney stuff on it. But it actually looks worth the buy

The box is really nice. You cant tell by the pics but it opens up like a jewlry box It has a real quality feel to it. And the inside has that suede like stuff with the forza 3 logo. I wasn't going to buy the limited edition but I'm glad I did it was definately worth it.

Edit: that book in the pictures is the game guide and is bought seperately. I have it though barely use it. It's good for help on the tracks though.
