Talli and Lianna (I think that is how you spell their names), when I leveled them up and I was the soldier class my squad was all but unstoppable. I left their powers on autocast and just strategically moved around the battle field cleaning up after they used their powers.
Plus...who doesn't like being with two chicks...even if they are aliens.
Ashley (for personal reasons :P) and she was also awesome in combat. I also like lianna as me and heralways used our biotics as a team and destroyed our enemies it was major fun
