I would say the XBox 360 version would be a better choice. Here is the reason why.
This looks very much like a FPS. I know you can play in 3rd person, but it looks like it's going to be a game where you'll be in First person a lot. I think the XBox controller is more suited for a FPS game than the PS3 controller. The XBox controller has the trigger button where as the PS3 has the R2 button. The analog sticks on the xbox 360 controller are suited for a FPS game. The analog on the PS3 is good, but I much perfer the 360 controller in regards to a FPS.
I'm not knocking the PS3 controller, but in regards to a first person game (Oblivion, Call of Duty), I feel more comfortable using the 360 controller than the ps3 controller. It's more suited for me. This is just my preference. I'm sure the ps3 version would look nicer, but I'd give up better graphics for better controls. Once again, it's just my preference. I like the 360 controller of the PS3 controller in regards to First Person games.
how come no one is paying attention to this? put the controllers and graphics aside and pay attention to this first... if you think about it, a slight difference in controllers or graphics is nothing compared to the potential hours worth of extra gameplay. just my opinion, but aren't a couple of minor quibbles like graphics and controllers worth much less than the potential of DLC?360 seeing as it will have exclusive DLC
