Gamestop is where i did it, not sure what other stores are doing it.. You can pre-order it at the store (or online with in-store pickup), or order online and have it shipped to you and i think they'll send the code in an email.
their website says nothing about the pub games unlock codes though.. I think that's kind of weird since any time they give you any kind of bonus for pre-orders they have it listed quite prominently on their website.

Yeah it looks like your right. You could try calling them up and see if they have any left though.
