Doom appears like 1982

Doom for the Xbox One S looks unimpressive.

Would it look better if played on an Xbox One X?

Or does playing a game on your PC with an up to date graphics card yield the best results?

Can someone offer any feedback on using an Xbox One S vs. an Xbox One X? Does the latter render better looking graphics?
