It sounds cool, awesome racing with good graphics. Cool multiplayer modes like a zombie tag type and a few others. Maybe rent it and see from there.
I'll definitely pick it up sooner or later. I love rallying and I really liked Dirt 2. The lack of knowledge in the US is evident, though. In some of the previews I've read, the editors say something like "Codemasters' latest title is once again guided by rally legend Ken Block..." Block is no legend lol. Then again, rally is unknown in the US so you can't really blame them.
In any case, I'm glad CM has stated they're going back to rally roots, and by the looks of the official WRC cars, things are looking up.
Crap! I still need to get dirt 2, I really enjoyed dirt 1Xbox360Gamer15I came in here to post this! lol! :) My brother has it on the PS3, so I have played Dirt 2, but only for like 5 minutes because I don't have a PS3 in my room. I am going to have to pick up Dirt 2 for the Xbox 360 and soon. I might just get Dirt 2 and then get Dirt 3 a few months down the line. That way I will be able to have some great fun on a game that I haven't played yet but will enjoy a lot (Dirt 1 was awesome, and from what I played of Dirt 2), and then I will be able to experience the (hopefully, should be) awesome Dirt 3 for cheaper than the original price too, hopefully! :) I have really good feelings for Dirt 3!
I will get it once it hits the bargin bin. I only just recently got Dirt 2. Very polished and fun game.

I feel ya. the first one over hear they dumped mcrea name for travis pastrana, its a shame. youd think theyd do a rememberance to colin in one of these games since he was the original model for them.

they did do a rememberance race in DiRT 2 and it unlocked a video of him racing. DiRT1 he was still about and had loads of rally stages. The developers have already announced that DiRT 3 will have 3 time the amount of rally stages that were in 2. So it sounds a bit like the first 2 games combined plus gymkhana and loads of uniqe online game modes. Please Log In to post.
