after you run over someone, if you sit there for a minute, an ambulance will come, run out of the vehicle, and go investigate the people you ran over? If you listen closely, you can hear him saying stuff like, "Stay with me!" All these little details make GTA4 a great game.
i never stay around that long, but thats pretty cool that they did add so many little things that are not part of the main game in order to make the world truly seem alive and not centered on your actions.
its also pretty cool how u will sometimes see that police have pulled people over and are looking in their trunk.....after they will go to the drivers window and say " you were driving a little bit like an a** h*** " or something like that....there was deff a lot of detail put into this game
