I always say: Save the best for last so you shoul get fable 2 last if you ask me. I think it will have a longer replay value and you can have alot of hours with it if you attend to do more than just the main quest.
Please use the sticky at the top of the board for asking game recommendations. To stay on topic, I would go for Fable II but that's probably because I loved the first one so much.

Fable games have some pretty nice replay value. My advice to you, though, is to buy the first Fable game online and play through that, then buy Dead Space as your 'new game' for the time being. If you enjoy those two games long enough, maybe Fable 2 will have reached a slight price decrease, thereby saving you a few bucks once you have the money to purchase it.
