Dead Island GOTY Info

Anyone know if Xbox 360 version of Dead Island game of the year edition download content comes on the disc, or is it a voucher to download or how you can tell which it is by viewing it?

Best bet, if you don't get an answer here is to check on Amazon. They'll sometimes specify if an internet connection is needed... if they say that, you can bet your ass it's a download.
