[QUOTE="madcapper248"]The newest issue of OXM has a review for Crackdown and in it they said that it's main drawback is its lack of side missions. The 21 gang bosses and lieutenants can be beat in about 12 hours. After that, there's not much to do but scrounge for achievement points. "Are you paying 60 bones for Spartan testing time, or is Crackdown actually a worthy game on its own merits? The anser, it turns out, lies somewhere in between."

7.0 is about right. I'm sure Gamespot will give it a 10. Considering they are biased to Microsoft.
All that negative new about Sony you have been reading is not bias. It is reality.
OXM in the UK gave it a 9, big difference in opinions of the reveiwers, especially from the same magazine. Well hopefully the guy in the UK is right :)Bristar
To all the people that think I'm lying. I can't wait to rub it in rub it in your face when someone else gets the mag.madcapper248

That's an idiotic and false statement.

Ya you're right, I hated the whoooooooooole game for that. Dead Rising too, hum, small text... that's a so stupid game because of that.
...
I just can't wait to get the game. It's not perfect, it is just great and fun and it worth 60$ for that.
I could tell from playing the Demo it is crap...but so many gamespot forum posters believe it is good...strange if you ask me.blacktorn
go play shimininu 2 you girly man (i know i spelled it wrong)
I'm sure I'll enjoy the game regardless of the reviews.
I am surprised that OXM gave it a 7.0 considering they are usually fairly positive with their reviews.

And how is that? People like making stuff up.The review was by Ryan McCaffery (sp?)
He is a Halo addict and comes across as a snob sometimes in his reviews. I believe they are being overly picky in the review. I don't care what they say, I'm stil getting it. It was one of the only demos I've played over and over without getting boring. Ton's of stuff to do. I think Ryan has played too much GTA and is mistaken on this one
All I can say is they gave Prey a 9.0 and I would have given t a 6.6
