so i picked up call of duty 4 tonight at walmart and i was instantly impressed with the single player gameplay and obviously the graphics. however when i tried to go online with a couple friends i ran into trouble. when i was host and i tried to start a game, it wouldn't find any players to play with. when i tried to join a friend's game, it loaded the map but then disconnected me, saying "couldn't connect to the host". when i try to find a match, it says there is 0 players online for both free for all and team deathmatch. my NAT is "open". anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
Yeah it was probably just xbox live because I tried to log on earlier tonight and play Halo but it said the information was not available and then it couldn't find any players when I finally was able to get the matchmaking to load.
I had a few problems the first night i played it online but that all seems to be taken care of now.Ever now and again your gonna have some problems with online games no matter which ones u play.Its just something u have to deal with sometimes.For the most part though ive had very little problems with xboxlive and i have it since it launched.If the problem gets to big they usually release an update to take care of the problem.Anyways call of duty 4 hasnt been a dissapointment for me in any area of the game,the game is just simply perfect in my eyes.
it was xbox live, no one could get onto any games last nite because the server was down....if u try it today it will work fine.....nothing to do with the game because halo wudnt get onto anything either last nite
I was so anxious to get this game I'd been waiting for 6 months but so far I havnt really liked it. Single player was pretty cool but short. I havent played much multiplayer (about 10 games) but I havnt been to impressed by it, I dont like saying that because Ive only had it for 3 days but I hope it gets better.
