Clear Profile?.

Hi. Just been into game today and asked if I could exchange my Xbox One in shop as its broke as the BluRay drive not reading disc. the person said sure just bring it in with some proof that its yours. So sweet which I will be doing on Saturday. But should I clear the my profile on this one first or don't it matter?.

Wouldn't hurt to do so, just for that peace of mind. But no one would be able to get into your account as they'd need your email/password.

I would definitely do it.
