Assassin's Creed I personally am not overly fussed about getting any of those games on the list. Halo 3, Mass Effect and GTA4 are game i'd like to play but not in any kind of a hurry to play them (Expects 360 users to drop their jaws in shock, Especially for Halo 3)
That is a hard decision. Parts of me can't wait for Halo 3 while I also really want Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed and Mercenaries 2 and I really also want to try out Bioshock. Hopefully I'll be able to get all of them (if they're all as good as they seem to be!).
Grant Theft Auto 4 for me. I can't wait for this game to come out, actually I can't wait for all of these games to come out. I can't really pick one to be honest because I am getting them all :P My vote went to GTA though because if I could only have one, I will probably get the most fun out of GTA. :)
For me it's BioShock, looks like the most interesting and innovative game to be born yet, even though Halo iz my all time favorite game. Mass effect looks incredible too, but it's all BioShock for me.
