Can't change Xbox Theme anymore?

Ever since I updated to the new Xbox Live Menu I can't find where to cahnge my dashboard theme. Am I missing where they put it?

Click on the tab where your avatar is standing, Change Theme should be there.

Don't worry, changed my HDD recently and i couldn't find where to change my theme too. =P
