I have heard that it may just be a rumur because april is coming and aprils phools day, and have also heard gaming magizines are known for doing pranks so i was just wondering ur opinions as to if you think it will be released or is just a rumur?
The magazine (I think it was game informer) has said that this wasnt an april fool's joke because they aren't allowed to make news articles about hardware like this as a joke. There's actually a rule about that. That being said, who really knows? If this is an April fools joke, Game Informer should be shut down and killed off.
It's be cool if this was real, NOT because of a black 360, but because that would mean Microsoft will finally have 120 GB HDD!!! Which also mean they most likely have bigger memory cards too....and hopefully (to finish it all off) they are gonna kill the Core System.
It wouldnt be a joke, becuase other gaming websites and magazines are discussing it as well...not every company would run the same joke...but thats just me $0.02. Anyway, its enitrely possible I mean with all their recent service announcements and with the XBLA game sizes increased to what 150 mb? Then a bigger HDD is something sthats expected and shouldnt come as a shocker to anyone....And its the perfect chnace to release a newly built console with the smaller processors, less heat, HDMI....stuff thats been slowly leaked around for the past half yr...so yeah.

EGM had an april fools joke last year about the iGame.
I think that the new 360 that everyone is talking about might be a developers console. I mean if you have seen pictures of it on the net then you might have noticed the huge box on the top of it where the hard drive usually is there is no way that's all hard drive in that thing.
I would think it would make since for them to release a 360 with a bigger hard drive and HDMI. If they did and made the price right then that would make a good reason to buy a 360 over the PS3. But probably a joke.

That wasnt the Elite that you saw, but a custom case. I have a custom blue paint job on mine. My ring of lights are white instead of green, and my controllers lights are all illuminated (a big drain on the battery BTW). My Xbox logo button is also white. My controllers shell is painted blue....Blue and White just go together on the Xbox 360. I saw it online, and I totally ripped off that guys design, but his paint job is a lot better than mines.

the what? and does it even deserve to be mentioned in the same magnitude of the xbox 360.
I dont see the big deal either. I am new to having a 360 but to me it seems like they should concentrate on just making more bullet proof consoles. That is how you keep people buying your product. Get the customer service down and make the units more reliable. They have already stolen alot of the gamers from Sony.
